Ms. Dagatan was born and brought up in Cebu, Philippines. She studied Bachelor of Secondary Education in English. She came to Japan in April,2005.
She speaks Cebuano and Tagalog besides English. She is interested in mastering the Japanese language. She is also interested in learning different cultuers and traditions.
