Program : Animal Welfare: A Tale of Two English Women

Mr Halewood is from England. 
He has a B.Sc. degree in Zoology from the University of London. 
He came to Japan in May 1973, and taught at Baika Women’s University
for 29 years until he retired three years ago. 
He enjoys hiking, cycling, bird-watching, stamp collecting,
rail transport and rock music. 
This is his fourth lecture for us. His last one in April was
entitled ‘My Thirty-seven Years in Kansai’.
