Program :When do "non-working" women in Japan retire?

Ms. Tamarah Cohen was born in the US and raised in Paris, France.
She studied Art History at the American University of Paris,
Film Studies at New York University, and TESOL and Reading Theory
at San Francisco State University.
Before coming to Japan, she travelled extensively throughout Europe and Asia.
She first came to Kagoshima in the early 90s on the JET Program,
then lived in Fukuoka, Tokyo and Osaka. Currently living in Kyoto,
she teaches English at Doshisha Women's College.
Her research interests include communication and media studies,
critical pedagogy and the sociology of language.
